Hello brothers and sisters, I have a question regarding PAP. I’ve seen some people that say that they had to pay a fine because of having no PAP. And then I see others saying they were able to land in Mizoram and fill out a PAP there with no problems. Of course the better option is to get a PAP before going to Mizoram but I do not have enough time for that as my traveling days are limited. My main question is am I able to arrive in Mizoram and fill out my PAP and live inside Mizoram whilst my PAP is still in progress? (FYI I’m from USA)
