Telus loves praying on the Elderly

My family are from Alberta Canada, and telus sent my grandma one of those home security doorbell sets. She waited for months to get a bill for it and even called multiple times asking but they just kept repeating that "it was free". Well now, they won't stop calling and want her to talk to a lawyer because she apparently owes them two thousand dollars. She's talked to a lawyer and now has to make almost 300 dollar payments, and mind you this is a RETIRED 80 YEAR OLD WOMAN. Instead of just sending a bill or telling her they maliciously kept her in the dark just so they can now take legal action now. Hope you burn Telus.

Edit: Some asshole apparently likes having attitude with teenagers online, so I meant "preying" not "praying" 🤷🏼‍♀️

I (F17) have dealt with Pilonidal Sinus Disease for almost 2 years now. For people who don't know what that is, my tailbone area will form abscesses labeled cysts and it is chronic. It can get super painful and just two months ago I underwent a drainage for a cyst as the pain was too much.

Well recently, I just finished all my doctor's appointments from my surgery but I guess it wasn't enough. I woke up this morning to see blood all over my back. I am sick of this. I am sick of the hospitals, the pain, the drainage, everything. I graduate high school in a month and I do not want to deal with this. That is why I want a cleft lift, or at least trying to look into it. What it will do is completely cut out the fold between the glutes and lift/shift it, completely removing the sinus tract. I got referred to a pediatric surgeon at the University Hospital but she said I wouldn't need to intervene surgically, yet just a month later I was being rolled into emergency surgery to drain it.

I'm looking for people who have any recommendations of surgeons who do cleft lift surgeries so I can bring them to my doctor. While I am accepting the reality of waiting times, my heart is hoping I can get it done over the summer so it won't interfere with my University attendance this fall.
