Inn the Doghouse (MENTOR)
Former employee here. Don’t take your dog there. The crazy staff turnover has affected the care given, nobody there is reliable anymore besides one or 2. All of management is incompetent. The owners son was locked up for rape of a minor, which the bond was paid immediately.
People were let go for caring too much about clients as well as other employees more than the business. Whitney was mad at me for standing up for myself, not giving people rides to work which I wasn’t paid for. Then I put PTO in because of a death in the family. This bitch had the nerve to yell at me assuming I was putting it in to get paid and not come back after.
The other lady whose name starts with J who can’t seem to understand what her title or job description is, she’s an embarrassment. Lying to save her “good girl” image. Saying she turned down positions, whole time she was told she wasn’t getting it. Also lied to drive people apart and to get people fired to get herself further…..
The GM runs her mouth to damn much to staff below her repeating stuff the owner said, then gets mad at staff who do it to her which makes no sense. Also lets staff do whatever like roaming the floor on their phones with 100 dogs and won’t address the issue.
I promise you I’m not just bitter, I am annoyed that they think it’s okay to get in the way of people’s lives like we don’t have to make money to live, just because of personal feelings and emotions.
My name keeps getting thrown around there and it’s annoying because I haven’t been there for 3+ months. Hearing stuff from current employees and clients is annoying.
The owner needs to learn to take some accountability and responsibility for her terrible leadership which might explain her son’s actions.
