Disc drive glitching??
It's hard to explain but the disc drive has trouble opening sometimes and when I'm playing a game, it will randomly close the game and it will say "open tray" despite it not being physically opened. It can read games perfectly fine, can't tell if it's a sensor or motor issue. I have a 3min video attached to try to show my issue. Currently, it is playing the game but it took me an hour to get it to "work". It is cleaned out, I even try adding WD40 on a Q-tip to put on the belt and gears, but that doesn't seem to be the issue, it seems to be the little opening mechanism on the left side, something is wrong with it, maybe some sort of signal?? I don't know.
Please help, I've looked everywhere on what I can do without replacing the internal parts:(
EDIT: Talked with my father, we are thinking it is a faulty eject button sensor? Because as you can see in the video, the disc tray will close and after awhile, it will randomly try to open up but the motor doesn't seem powerful enough to fully push it open.
