Lately ive been loving shall we celebrate and more than just a little bit. What are some of your favorite underrated songs of his?

I’ve been on the Wegovy pill for about 4 months and I’ve finally reached my goal weight!

My dosing looked like this:

• Month 1: 1.5 mg
• Month 2: 4 mg
• Month 3: 9 mg (I got really sick, but I’m not sure if it was from the medication or the recent Cyclospora.)
• Month 4: Back down to 4 mg, where I had little to no side effects.

Now that I’m at my goal weight, I’m trying to figure out the best way to maintain. I pay out of pocket, so cost is definitely a factor. My weight loss clinic mentioned a few options:

• Switching to the lowest-dose injection once a month or once every 3 weeks.
• Staying on a lower-dose pill.
• Or trying to maintain without medication altogether.

I’m a little nervous about the injection since I’ve only ever taken the pills, but I assume a low dose would probably be okay. The pills are also pretty expensive, and I don’t necessarily want to stay on them forever.

I also gave myself a little wiggle room with my goal weight, so if I gain a few pounds back, I’m still where I’d like to be.

For those of you who have reached maintenance, what worked best for you? Did you stay on medication, switch to monthly injections, taper off, or maintain on your own? I’d appreciate any thoughts, advice, or experiences. Thanks!

They’re an awful match, and this show has a pattern of doing this with Black women. The other women got conventionally attractive men, and then they gave her… him. Which is clearly not what she asked for.

I do think her income requirements were unrealistic because men in the income bracket she wanted generally don’t struggle to find partners. That said, they still could’ve paired her with someone she was more likely to find attractive.

The experts knew she wasn’t going to be attracted to him. In a romantic relationship where you’re expected to build intimacy and eventually have sex, physical attraction can’t just be ignored. The experts completely dropped the ball, and I honestly feel uncomfortable for her because she really is trying.

He’s also incredibly passive-aggressive. For example, in the hot tub he asked what other needs she had besides sex and how she “meets her partner’s needs in the meantime.” She immediately saw through what he was getting at and asked if there were specific needs he wanted to discuss. Unsurprisingly, it all came back to physical intimacy and him wanting to be slapped on the butt. He cannot let go of the fact that she isn’t ready for that or simply doesn’t want to do those things yet.

Then he goes into the confessional acting like he can’t believe she isn’t attracted to him. Sir… a blind man could see she isn’t attracted. More than that, she looks uncomfortable and genuinely icked out. She’s been telling you she isn’t there yet. Believe her. Back up, stop pushing, and give it time to see if attraction grows. It probably won’t because they’re simply not a good match, but constantly pressuring her isn’t going to change that.

It feels like, because she isn’t all over him physically, nothing else she does is enough in his eyes. On top of that, multiple women have come forward saying they’ve gone on dates with him and didn’t have good experiences. The matchmakers absolutely set her up. I’d be suing.

Did anyone else do fine on the first two doses but then have the 9 mg completely kick their ass?

I was totally fine the first two weeks. Maybe I’m not doing what I need to be doing—I know I’ve gotten lazy with being active and I’m probably not getting enough protein—but this entire week has been rough. I’ve been waking up nauseous every morning, just feel bleh all day, my skin feels weirdly sensitive to the touch, and after trying to eat a little more for the Fourth of July today, I ended up with diarrhea. I also eat like one meal a day now as my appetite is so suppressed.

I honestly can’t imagine going up to 25 mg. I’ll probably be staying on this dose for a while because whew…this is a lot

I consider myself a fan of her music, but I’m really disappointed with this tour. There are no costume changes and no song changes at all, and every show looks exactly the same. I bought tickets for a later date and honestly feel like I’ve already seen it.

Some of the song choices are interesting. I don’t want to hear “Warm” or “Rain on Me.” I would’ve preferred more Positions or even more OG Eternal Sunshine songs instead.

I know the price is locked in until August, but what do y’all think will happen after that? Do you think it’ll go up, go down, or stay about the same?
