Perseid Meteors @ Seminole

SO and I camped at Seminole this week to catch the Perseid Meteor Shower. Still have 5000 photos to go though, but so far loving these.

Camp Sharing @ Enchanted Rock: Aug 12

This is going to be a silly question, but anyone want to make a friend at enchanted rock? I know a lot of folks in Austin are into camping and we goofed up.

Long story short, wife and I have been planning to go camping at Enchanted Rock for the Perseid meteor shower for the past few months. The idea was get a site for the 10th, 11th, and 12th. Watch the stars and take some astro photos each night at the overlook.
However, last night wifey came to me while brushing teeth and said "I'm so sorry, I effed up" 😄 Nothing you want to hear while brushing your teeth right? At any rate, actually reserving the site was somehow missed. Shit happens right? But maybe this is an opportunity to meet some new folks?

We were able to grab a site for the 10th and the 11th, but as of last night the entire place (short primitive spots, which frankly we are not ready for) is booked for the 12th.

(TLDR)
So the question Would anyone be willing to share a site for the 12? Or has anyone booked enchanted rock for the 12 that can no longer make it?
Just wife and I, no kids, no music, we are calm and quiet, we mostly camp to get away from Austin and enjoy the trails and critters. Should go without saying, but we would be more than happy to split expenses.

Black & Red Light

Looking for a floodlight that has an white led, black light and red light.

Tried the wurkkos HD02 and love the black light and led. Don’t need a lazar. Tried the HD05, but the black light is super weak.

Any recommendations?

Freshly Emerged Female Luna.

Some time ago, this moth's mama laid 4 eggs on me. Took them home, raised them, this gal was the first of 4 of emerge.
