(first post was removed so hopefully this one is fine!!) i’m sooooo bored of my setup and i want suggestions on what i should add!! ill do anything but change metals. i also have a surface tragus and 0g lobes unpictured

ive been SO bored of my setup pictured + a surface tragus 0g lobes (goal sz 16mm) and some other ear piercings. any suggestions?? anything but switching metals 😭
