[HELP] NEED ADVICE

Hello, I was wondering if it's possible to sculpt the area where the gloves are, given that the lines are very small and even at the very bottom of the heart. I'd like to know if it's possible, too complex, or simply not possible.

NEED ADVICE OR IDEA

I'm planning to put lots of Michael Jackson rugs on my door to make it look nice. I was wondering if you had any ideas; everything is still a bit vague in my head. So, in the middle of the door, there's a rug I've already made that I'm thinking of putting in the center (I'd like to add lots of MJ elements or references around it). I thought about the BAD logo, but I'm open to anything.

Backing rugs

Regarding the back of the rugs, I've seen people cut it flush and others fold the fabric over the rug. I've done both and there's not really a difference. Is one better than the other anyway?

Need help with this MJ rug

I started this MJ rug today and I'm wondering how I'm going to get the hand outline right and also leave the space there should be behind it, at shoulder level, as seen in the picture of the back. Please help and tell me how I can do this.
