Any tips on fixing this?
Has anyone tried fixing this kind of rust before and is it even worth fixing it in the first place?
Any tips/tutorials/ideas welcome thanks

No idea how many people know this, but Phase 3 Twingos have a rather accessible OBD port and with an old phone that has nothing else on it, I made myself a simple dashboard/cluster with something our cars never came with: a rev counter 😃
If anyone has a list of PIDs for our cars i'd be most grateful 😁
Doing the valve adjustment, first time in about 10 year ownership. -05 8v. Has done almost 200.000 km.
Looks pretty clean, no? I was honestly surprised at the lack of deposits. 😄
Im genuanly considering editing it and hoping that my brain surpresses this Trauma lmao.
Also how many kilometers do your guys twong have? Is ther maybe even any 300+km? Would be nice if you add what year it is and what engine its got in it. Mine is a 2006 16v 75ps.
Hey guys I just picked up my first car and it’s a Twingo. I’m really excited and wanted to share it :)
What do you think about it?
Rim options for the new Twingo are not the same in every country. In France and Germany, you can opt for these 18 inch 'Mikado' alloy wheels that look like table tennis bats! Yoink 😀
It seems they are only offered on the Evolution trim.

And which color is the best, i love the orange the best (BMW cognac interior inspired) the car is black outside so i think this suits the best.
And for seats i would take initiale paris seats and color it.
Has anyone here actually fitted 15 inch wheels to their Twingo Mk.1? I am looking into it as I also have some stainless steel mooncaps left over that I am planning to use on them (they have to be steelies though, no alloys).
I attached a photo of my Twingo and what it will more or less look like with the black powder-coated moon caps 😄
Hi everyone,
I have a brand new Twingo E-Tech with only about 220 km (140 miles) on it and I've noticed something since day one.
During sharp 90 degree turns, I occasionally feel a very brief jolt or clunk through the accelerator pedal and drivetrain. It almost feels like a tiny amount of drivetrain play or as if something momentarily engages/disengages.
It happens in both D and B mode, there are no warning lights, no steering vibration and no issues while driving straight. It lasts only a fraction of a second and may be accompanied by one or two faint knocking sounds.
I've attached a video, it happens at 5 seconds. Has anyone with a Twingo E-Tech (or another EV) experienced something similar? Did it turn out to be normal behavior, software-related, or a mechanical issue?
I already have an appointment with the dealer/service center next week, but I was wondering if anyone here has experienced the same thing and what the outcome was.
Thanks!
Hello everyone, my sprinkler nozzle have disappeared at the back.
I can't seem to find it on the big internet.
I will link a picture to my fellow picture lovers.
Is there somebody that have this part or a OE number / part number.
I'm a little sad because every time i want to sprinkle my back window it just go on the road :(
Hey guys,
I’m currently searching for a Twongi and an interesting one has come up today. 2005 and 190k km. Body and interior are looking decent, but I’m not sure about the sideskirts. Are they bad or is it not that bad? Owner is asking 1.1k and offers new TÜV (MOT) for 200€ more. Is there anything else to look out for? Located in Northern Germany.
Thanks.
