Does anyone else have issues with their AWJ pockets not smelling clean out of the wash? My baby is 5 months old and EBF and sometimes her AWJ pockets come out smelling vinegary like her breastfed poop. I follow Clean Cloth Nappy wash advice and use Tide powder. I do my pre-wash daily (normal cycle 1 hour) and my main wash every 3-4 days (heavy wash, about 1.5hrs). I don’t have this issue with my inserts, reusable wipes, or my pockets that are microsuede (or whatever material they are). Has anyone else had this issue? I don’t mind washing my diapers 3 times but I feel like that’s not necessary..

Hi friends. I’m looking to resell some of my Alva Baby and Simple Being (both found on Amazon) pocket diapers. How much would you sell yours for? I’m thinking of posting on a BST page, maybe $3/pocket? Is that too high? No inserts included with the price, just the pockets on their own. They’re all still good quality, no staining, elastics still on great shape.

I’m 6, almost 7 weeks post partum. Last week I had some vaginal itchiness and assumed it was because I had to get stitches and the OB told me I could get some itchiness while they healed. Well, about 2 days after the itchiness started I got what I assumed was my period. The itchiness stopped so I figured it really was just from the stitches. (I was bleeding like a period, more than I did the whole time PP and it no longer smelled like lochia.) My bleeding stopped 2 days ago and now I’m itching again. I don’t really have any discharge (it’s very little & clear) and for some reason the itching is only at the end of the day. Once I shower the itching goes away. Could it possibly be a yeast infection or maybe from the stitches? Does anyone have any experience with this? Should I contact my OB? My next check up is in 5 days. I’m not asking for medical advice but just wondering if anyone has gone through the same or have an idea of what it could be?

For some extra context

-I have never had my PH thrown off by my soap & I haven’t changed my soap in months

-I use Tide Free & Clear detergent and have been for months, never had irritation from that either

-I only drink water & Body Armor since I’m breast feeding

-I haven’t had sex or put anything near or inside my vagina since giving birth

-I tested negative for all STDs/STIs & yeast 1 week prior to giving birth
