1. Download TOA form on fidelity.com
2. Complete the TOA form, including Section 3 and subsection E for “Transfer Agent transfer,” including Security Name and Number of shares (signature guarantee is not necessary)
3. Sign and date the form
4. Include copy of Odyssey Trust Statement with the Ionic position
5. Upload the form and Statement to the secure message center

Stonex, SCHWAB, IBKR, Fidelity all confirmed doing the transfers. Talked to odyssey for hours earlier and they confirmed all these guys have accepted transfers

Seeing a lot of false info on here. If you call ur broker and explain that the s-1 is effective and the shares are dtcc eligible they will work with you to transfer. Follow the instructions ionic put out it’s not that hard guys
