It's been almost 6 months since I Pre-ordered.
I just looked up the email they sent after pre-ordering T-Mobile Fiber after it was finally available at my address. It was sent 12/21/25. Since then, T-Mobile Fiber trucks have been in my cul-de-sac digging, installing giant orange wires, ect. That was a little after the new year.
After it seemed they were done with our court since they never came back, I called them and asked about installation dates. They didn't have an answer.
Then I called late March and the person was super nice and told me that they should have begun installation by now and that he'd contact me by the weekend with an update. Well he was able to give me a date of April 30th due to delays and that if I hadn't been emailed about an installation appointment by then, to call back.
Well after receiving nothing by the 30th, I called them back, and they said installations will begin in 2 weeks.
Well that time is up so I guess I just call them again for an update? Not sure what to do at this point.
