
Does Shaw/Fido have no customer service??
Recently got charge $256 on my phone bill. Unbelievable. I tried using AI chat, doesn’t work because my mom forgot her account details. Tried calling multiple phone numbers from both companies including 888-481-3436, 800-7128200, and 888-472-2222. Why are they all bots answering me, 888-481-3436 did not work and told me to call 800-712-9200. I call, they said the number did not work and to call itself (800-712-9200). I’m baffled, at this point I was starting to get annoyed. Read from a reddit post that you can use Shaw customer service for Fido. I tried calling, doesn’t work. So then I sent in a complaint. I get a reply from an advisor (posted above), I’m like okay cool finally someone who can help me. WRONG. I email this dude back saying I’ll call on Saturday 7:00am, as shown in his email. I call today at 7:05am i get an automated message saying to leave my info and he’ll call back. I’m like okay maybe he’s running late no problem. I call at 7:20am, automated message. Now I’m starting to get pissed again, it’s been more than a week now and my issue isn’t resolved. It’s almost 8:00am and I have yet to receive a call. I booked specifically for this time so I can get someone to talk to my mom hours before her work as the other hours listed did not work.
Anyways, that’s the history. I’m still looking for some type of service I can call, especially since my mom does not speak English. If anyone knows please reply.
