Suggestions needed: Pixel for my mom

I'm planning to buy a Pixel for my mom. I'm a bit confused about whether I should go for the Pixel 9a or 10a. She's been using a Samsung A12 for the last 5 years. So I really want to buy her a new one. First I thought of giving my Pixel 7 (4 years old) and buying a new one for myself, then I changed my mind. Any suggestions on which one would be better?
