decided on title and subtitle with that! will probably be able to finish shading version and then off to exporting every single token in each variation which is gonna be... brgvmewoifawjfoiajf would be 3 exports per portrait since it'd be lineart/blackwhite version, then flat, then shaded.

thoughts tho, think am should make the tokens transparent background so dms can just plop them on tokens? Would save time for me toooo, and allows for more customization on the person using it's part.

So! Corg, (das me) will be prolly makin the lineart, flat render, and full renders seperate things so peeps can download and use if those fit the vibe they're looking for better!

Anyway tho, every pilot/npc seen here is part of the Unaffiliateds, I.E the "neutral" looking faction pack for the project, which is p much finished! So, next pack after doing the full and flat renders of these will probably be a faction one!

Am thinking pirates first, always classic... then the proper, corporate-factions and the baronies(fucking so many houses tho), and after that the subfactions I.E Albatross and Think-Tank(?) ... prolly a lot more subfactions

Two new packs for the unaffiliateds! Gonna do one more of masked/helmeted and then move on to coloring!

You'll see the new ones added throughout the existing ones already coz wanted to spread out the expressions like how tom did it in the official art, always one of em was smiling!

So far too doing good in diversity of characters methinks, 2 female 2 male per the non-masked ones.

After corg is finished with the unfilliateds neutrals(?) am gonna move on to factions! Dunno what order to do tho. Plan anyway is to make like, two packs per faction so eight portraits each, one of the packs being all helmeted gender-ambigious pilots representing each archetype so like;

Regular Pilot
Bulkier-Defender Pilot
Sleek Pilot
Stealthy Pilot

And then prolly just copy paste and repaint them for Veterans (so really like, 3 packs per faction?) and then the last pack for a faction being either non-masked or masked elites representing each archetype. Can already kinda see it in the unaffiliateds!

So, as can see, corg has uh. Made some stuff.

Am planning to make a pack of portraits (these first two batches being nondescript, prolly gonna make more of them)

Then, faction-specific ones from the canon Lancer factions somewhere in da future and release as a full pack on itch or sum for DMs to use!
