Personal Space.
One of my favorite places in the City to go relax and Read a Good Book. Would like to have a male or female friend to join me sometime. we can disccuss books or whatever. (No more than 2-3 people including myself i have social anxiety. I can't be around large groups of people). I go there every Monday and Thursday at around 16:30 ~ 17:00.

Leading States Question.
I just want to ask why some Leading states seek to lose the Leading Title. Even though they have got alot of Potential. I have recently seen a state intentionally lose SvS and Give up their Leading Title even though they have 4 players above 1B in Power and Alot of other Players Between 700M and 800M. And even More in the 200M to 600M category.
