Low Hours
This isn't even part-time, this is giving guest appearance. What am I supposed to do with 12 hours in one week.
Our restaurant is pretty new we open back in May and we were swamped like the first month we were getting 600 finger days.
I feel like now they're cutting everyone's hours even though we still get swamped especially Wednesday through sunday... we'll be getting 100 to 200 fingers on the board for like 5 to 10 hours throughout the day, and they want to talk about sending people home.
Not to mention the favoritism that goes crazy. Cuz tell me why the guy who buys all the managers drinks and food is getting so many hours and just got approved for a opening shift after a closing shift and I got denied it even though I have 12 hours and I've gotten denied like seven shifts this week
