A fall Sunday

Made tomato (and other veggies like capsicum and zucchini) soup (obvio all from my husbands garden) and grilled chicken for a hearty late lunch, along with arugula and grapes salad, parathas for dipping and cinnamon bun from my neighbour (it is cinnamon bun day at my neighbouring country where my neighbour is from).

Foraged, grown and served

Had creme fraiche and cooking cream leftover from a fish soup I made, so decided to make creme fraiche mushroom spinach peppers and meatballs pasta. With a little arugula garnish.

Mushrooms picked by husband (let's hope nobody dies) and peppers and spinach grown by him, with love.

Weather demands

It was raining and gloomy today. Which I absolutely love. Cheers to the pluviophile in the house.

To celebrate, Thai red curry chicken with vegetables and veggie fried egg rice.

Trusted kid friendly meal

Tuesdays are worse than Mondays for me, since I'm already craving the weekends! A meal my kids love, packed with hidden veggies (cabbage, capsicum, corn and peas) fried rice and my trustworthy meal prepped (always in the fridge for rainy days) air fryer chicken fingers.
