Chance me (please be brutally honest)

I want to pursue civil engineering at UT Austin. I’m a rising high school senior in Texas with a 3.5 UW and 5.2 weighted gpa. My freshman year was terrible due to personal reasons. I locked in sophomore year and have maintained straight As ever since. I have a huge upward trend in my grades. I’m in the top 5% of my graduating class (out of 830). My SAT score is currently 1300, but I’m retaking it and aiming for at least a 1450. I took 2 AP classes (Psychology and European History). I was only able to take two because my schedule was packed with college classes. (Duel enrollment)

Intended Major: Civil Engineering

Academics:
Texas resident
Rising senior
3.5 UW GPA
Top 5% of graduating class
1300 SAT (retaking, aiming for 1450+)
2 AP classes (AP Psychology and AP European History)
Strong upward grade trend after freshman year

Extracurriculars:
Completed a 7-week engineering internship, where I gained hands-on experience with AutoCAD and other engineering software while working on real engineering projects.
Worked at the airport during my junior year.
Junior Class Officer
Student Council Officer
HOSA
Red Cross Club
Spanish Club
Tennis
Breakthrough
Chess Club
150+ volunteer hours through an animal shelter, church, and the American Red Cross
Essay:

I’m planning to write about how I was hit by a car when I was 10 years old while visiting Morocco. That experience inspired me to pursue civil engineering because I believe safe roads and infrastructure should protect people so safety never depends on luck.

Do I still have a realistic chance at UT Austin Civil Engineering?
