(Throw away account for privacy reasons)

I recently found out my 7 year has lice. I used the rid one and done on her head about 36 ish hours ago. She goes back to school in about 10 days and has tons of eggs in her extremely long thick curly hair. I want to start working on getting them out. But everything I read says you have to use conditioner or olive oil and the nit comb to get them out...but yet everything says not to use conditioner for 2 weeks. So im very confused on how to start removing the hopefully dead eggs. Please help me understand what im supposed to do.
