I host town halls on arbitrage betting, doing one 06/24 (TOMORROW) 7:30pm ET

About the town hall: We will try to cover a wide range of topics from beginner to more advanced such as:

-How to improve your account lifespan

-How to identify and hit good live arbs

-How to middle

-How to build your bankroll

-Arbing in peak season vs summer

We will be screen sharing as we cover topics and anybody is free to use the mic or live chat to ask any questions.

About me: I'm a full time live arb bettor for the last nearly 5 years making several hundred k every September-May alone. I'm a cofounder of an arbitrage platform called Gambjt Odds, so full transparency we will host this town hall in our community - though the event is free and open to everyone. There will be another host with 5 years of arbing experience.

I'm not sure I can include links in this post, so more info will be available via message and in comments. Looking forward to seeing you there!

The reason you haven't found success LIVE arbitrage betting: you don't know which side of the arb is +EV

In this example you see Bet365 is offering the Landry Shamet Under for slight 7% EV and 52 points better than the market average. This isn't a great arb, but in this situation, knowing B365 is wrong makes all the difference.

If your main bottleneck to live arbitrage is that the the arbs move too fast and you're overwhelmed, this message is for you. I've been full time live arb betting for 4 years

There a high likelihood you're approaching this the wrong way... If you're trying to close both sides of an arb in a few seconds you are going to miss most real opportunities AND you may even get stuck holding the bag on the -EV side of the arb. If you can identify which side of arb is wrong, take that side first, and then you have plenty of time to close your arb or often get a profitable cash out when the odds adjust.

🚨Reminder arbitrage/ev betting town hall today at 7:30 ET

Been doing this full time for about 4 years and I am going to try to start hosting live town halls for newcomers and experienced people in the space every week or so. Last tuesday we had almost 40 people join and ended up answering questions for over 2 hours, so by popular demand we're running another one tonight at 7:30 ET.

All topics on the table but the main stuff I want to cover:

  1. How to actually start arbing
  2. Building a bankroll with promos
  3. Best practices for extending account lifespan
  4. How I've kept doing this for as long as I have

Full transparency, I'm one of the co-founders of Gambit Odds and I'm hosting it in our community. It's completely free and open to anyone though, doesn't matter what tool you use.

Arbing best practices / extending account lifespans

How I've done this for so many years

Full disclosure, i'm one of the gambit odds owners and will be hosting it there, but this is completely free, all are welcome regardless of what tool you like

Books spot sharp patterns way faster than people realize. Stick to mainlines on big sports, don't double tap the same arb on the same book, keep unit sizes reasonable, and season new accounts with parlays and longshots for a few weeks before you start arbing. Stick to live... pregame beats CLV and books pick that up fast. Avoid weird player props and tiny college markets, those flag you almost instantly. Basically just ask yourself what a normal bettor would do and stay on that side of the line.

Limits are coming eventually but doing this stuff goes a long way toward stretching that timeline out.
