I’m currently employed by Delta Airlines, earning $33.96 per hour at the age of 28. By the time I reach 30, I will receive a salary increase to $45 per hour. This October marks my ninth year of service with Delta. I’m contemplating whether it would be worthwhile to leave Delta for a career as a CBPO. The thought of leaving Delta constantly crosses my mind. However, I lack sufficient information about being a CBPO, regarding the pay and retirement benefits. I do know that I will be grade 5 level.resume
