Whenever i use windows 10 or windows server the screen just freezes, it happens all the time that basically i cant work with it, i already tried different configurations, the features thing from windows but nothing seems to work, the only way to unfreeze the screen is clicking the red cross and then exit that menu(the menu that ask if you want to save the state, shut down the machine...), but that only works for another minute and then again the screen freezes.
Anyone has a solution?

Im using 7.2.20 version

no guest adittions cause i literally cant
