Was initially planning on using some of the recently acquired Lakers draft capital to reroute to OKC, but spotrac didnt have that available.

OKC gets a 7 foot sniper to replace their own lanky dude. They also get j-dubs brother to replace some of the dort D, cap relief to dip under the apron, 2 firsts and a swap.

Jazz get a JJJ frontcourt partner that fits more in line with their current timeline.

Idk, if the Jazz end up drafting Boozer, this could be interesting. I think they’d rather move Lauri, but JJJ would fit phenomenally with the Celtics and the Jazz would probably be able to do some variation of this trade without surrendering Ace or the #2 pick. I’m guessing a swap, or a future first instead of the two seconds could also be an alternative.
