Credit accounts: leave open or close?
Apologies as this has likely been asked many times before.
I was always taught to NEVER close a credit line. Closing a card will ding your credit score, best to just leave it open. But credit cards that aren’t used and don’t have a balance get closed automatically eventually anyway. Is it better to leave a card open but unused, or should I close my couple credit accounts that I’m no longer using?

I learned after stacking the tiers that the top one was ever so slightly smaller than the other two! Triple layer Hummingbird cake with cream cheese frosting, dried edible flowers and dehydrated pineapple. Yes filter, No photoshop. (With honorable mention of my lemon lavender snap cookies!)
