Finally defeat Nameless King after “4 days” trying
He was the last boss I was missing apart from the dlcs that are really difficult.
It felt a satisfaction that I didn't feel since DS1 and I'm very proud. Now it's time to kill the dlc’s bosses 💀

Lately I’ve been wondering if I should swap a couple gym days for running.
Monday: Run
Tuesday: Upper body
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Run
Friday: Upper body + Legs
A few weeks ago I spent a week running instead of lifting and honestly felt great. More energy, better mood, and I didn’t feel as beat up.
Curious if anyone here mixes running and lifting like this. How has it worked for you?
I used to think calorie tracking was kinda obsessive until I tried it for a few weeks and realized I had basically no idea how much I was actually eating.
Biggest surprise for me was protein. I thought I was eating enough, but once I started tracking, I realized I wasn’t even close most days.
It honestly made building better habits way easier just from being more aware.
Curious how other people feel about it long term.
Did tracking help you or did it eventually become exhausting?
