Need advice on what charisma class/subclass to choose

Hi, I'm the first time player, we're playing Abomination Vaults. Long story short I started playing as a rogue, but because I'll have to move I asked to try a different character to experience different abilities in pathfinder. Currently the party has a fighter, a barbarian, a wizard and a cleric. We lack any charisma based characters and I wanted to move there. I also really really love vampires and was thinking about taking an undead sorcerer. We also have free archetypes, but I felt that getting vampire dedication isn't beneficial for a caster on low levels.

My issue is that I read the comparison of different spell traditions and divine is considered the worst when it comes to damage, and both undead sorcerer and undead summoner use divine spell list, and we already have a cleric. What would be the best charisma based choice if the idea is an evil dhampir character, follower of Zura, with high charisma considering other party members, or having an undead sorcerer sounds okay?

Who stays, who leaves? Evidence from administrative records on the Skilled Worker route (independent report)

Sorry if it was already posted, I didn't find anything related to it.

Analysis of who is more likely to stay in the UK on a SW route:

One of the possible implications of the proposed immigration changes:

Evidence on the role of settlement policy in shaping the countries’ attractiveness to prospective migrants is limited, however we may speculate that groups with lower stay rates under the current policy — such as higher earners and people working in higher education — could be more susceptible to being deterred by a less generous settlement offer (or may be more likely to leave if they are already in the UK and are moved to a longer path to settlement). By contrast, stay rates in the health and care sector and among lower paid migrants are very high, indicating a high commitment to remain in the UK.
