I've experienced Raynaud's in my feet on and off the last 2-3 years. I also have a few chilblains (from attending too many January Buffalo Bills playoffs games in 0 degree weather🙄) on my left foot, two toes specifically.

I did a longer session on the treadmill today and when I got upstairs, my toes were purple! Purple toes is a new experience for me. The chilblain toes are definitely the worst offenders.

Does anyone else with lipedema experience this? Wondering about vein issues. Thinking I should let my PCP know and maybe a trip to urgent care?
