Hi! I’m very confused and just need help with questions

So my childhood love passed 2 years ago but we weren’t able to see the body.

For some reason everything in me keeps telling me he’s out there it’s almost like I can feel him, I don't know if i should listen to my insides or it’s just me not wanting to accept it

If he is gone how does the afterlife works? He only visited me once and it was a couple months after he passed but it was like he was so angry with me!

Why hasn’t he visited me again if he’s gone? Do people actually remember people in the afterlife
