Marks on valve slide

Guys I have a question. I have a french besson Meha in the 94k range and I have been really inspecting the horn recently and I found these marks on the inner tubes of second valve slide. I think they may be manufacturing marks. Does anyone recognize them and thoughts and opinions would be appreciated.

French Besson Meha 94093

Show and Tell. This is my French Besson Meha Sn 94093. It has a 11.8mm bore. It has the sleeve over sleeve valve casing and no 3rd slide water key. According to researchers like Josh Landress this indicates this horn was a pre-war Meha. It has been sitting in a case most of its life so it needs new felts and corks and a deep clean but after giving it a bath and greased the slides and oiled the valves it is playing great. The valves look great and when I do the pop test it gives a solid pop. Any comments is appreciated and I know the history of these are a big rabbit hole. Thanks!

Show and Tell!1923 London Besson Class A Prototype. This is a garage sale find. I took it home cleaned it up fresh valve oil and unstuck a few slides and it plays fantastic. Sn 117xxx puts it 1923. It is a medium large bore with a large bell flair and is also in low pitch. It also has a mechanism that changes the key from B flat to A which after a little oil works well too. All in all good find and rare horn for the history and specs.Enjoy and opinions appreciated.
