Hello guys!

Sorry for my english. I have a L5/S1 herniated disc, which was diagnosed in september with MRI. I started doing PT, and got better, but around december I had an issue were two times a very small patch of pee was on my trousers. I had severe anxiety about this, started to have problems with constant need to pee. In 3 days. It was the holidays, and I managed to solve it by doing peeing every 2-3 hours even if I had to.

Now last week, i had a similar problem, while I slept a small patch of wet was on my shirt. Went to the ER, they sent me to a neurology department, where I was asked if I could pee, and that they I could without any issue. Ever since then my bladder feeling (like it full) came back, and I have a weak stream, I feel constant thightness in my lower stomach. The weak stream was there for a long time i think about a year, but it wasn’t this severe, during peeing my stream could stop and I need to mentally restart sometimes.

Neurologist did last week a phisical exam, and said it’s not Cauda E. But no imageing exam were done. What should I do?
