Recently Warakiri Battosai posted a video about tenouchi. It received mixed thoughts in the comments. However his thoughts have been stated before. Nakamura Taizaburo talked about the Nakago determining how the tsuka is held in his book “Spirit of the sword”. One thing warakiri pointed out that I don’t believe Nakamura did, this grip saves the Kashira-Musubi from coming undone. What are y’all’s thoughts on this method of tenouchi? What do y’all’s styles teach for tenouchi?
