Book recommendations for 11 year old boy

I’d like to read a few books TO my kid over the next few (summer) months.
What would be your top 3 recommendations?

My mom has Alzheimer’s. I am trying my best to keep her looking as good as I know she would like. This is a picture of her with the eyebrows I tried to draw on for her this morning with wet n wild kohl eyeliner😣. She’s only got a little bit of her own eyebrows, so I’m not sure dying them would work. I am looking for drugstore recommendations available in Canada 🙏
