I am currently in a PSU at E2 level but I am not liking the work and can't see myself working here for long time as work here is 24/7 and I need to be involved even after office hours. I am planning to prepare for ESE ( syllabus other than GATE is pending only) , but I am having doubts ,whether it is worth preparing for ? Also can you suggest some other PSUs which have a better work life balance for an electrical engineer, money is 2nd priority for me.
