what’s everyone else’s water intake / how much you have pre gym post gym i find that i drink a lot when i wake up and in the morning and am on 5L and run out of water by 1:00 pm? Currently i have 1L upon waking 1L during or after cardio 1 intra and remaining but i also wake up early. would it be beneficial to have a cut off . tbh i have the opposite problem of most id like to have 6-7L
