I've never done a spa or resort but had a hell of a year and very much need time away by myself. I'm thinking a 3- to 4-day stay in the U.S., Caribbean or Mexico. Prefer near the ocean and 100 percent recognize that some locations are miserably hot and humid in July. Budget $3K max. I couldn't care less about meeting other people and don't want anything strictly scheduled. I'd prefer the liberty to pick and choose what treatments and activities I want and when. Thank you.
