I have rust in 2 spots - Front right fender and rear left door. I don't ask for detailed advice as i doubt anyone would bother to spend time on something that'd "take 5 minutes to look up on google", however, i see a lot of conflicting information regarding the removal or hiding of rust.

What is the general recommended process to deal with this type of rust, and what tools are needed?

So in one of my zones i had 3 wooden pillars, but in-between mowing seasons, during winter, they were removed. The robot still thinks they're there and leaves a small circle of grass where they used to be. How do I tell it that they aren't there anymore?
