I love affogatos in the heat of the summer. I've only had them from Noble, but I'm informed that in Italy they are normally served using fior di latte gelato and not soft serve.
Are there places in Montreal, especially in the Quartier des Spectacles, Quartier Latin, Plateau, or Mile-End, that serve them in this more traditional manner? I'd like opinions on the best overall performance too.
In the other scenarios, the Protectorate's UN has hostile claims on the capitols of most major unifiers such that they need to be conquered. Not so in Broken Earth! Savannah (Dominion of America), La Paz (South American Union), Addis Ababa (African Union), Novomoskovsk (Soviet Union), Beijing (PAC), Broken Hill (RoSC) are all non-hostile. The major capitols that are hostile are Jeddah (Caliphate) and New Delhi (Kuru).
So, you can easily unify and fix the Broken Earth, mostly peacefully, so long as you're willing to play as the Protectorate.
