I have a Honda CR-V and am quite incapable of lifting the kayak high enough to load it. What advice do you guys have for loading it by myself? I was just going to take the cradles off and strap it to the cross bars, but the antenna is in the way

I have a pioneer combo VCR and DVD player that worked fine until today. Now for both tapes and dvd’s, the picture is completely distorted, but the audio works. It’s not the tv because I tried a different player and that one worked fine
