At what price would you ever consider taking this type of order?

I saw this order and was amazed to see it sit in available orders for so long until I actually looked at what's in the order At what price point would you even consider a 25 minute drive with a mini fridge?

Late Forgiveness auto rejection

I had three orders this morning and I got to the store at 6 for a 7-8 delivery window. I planned ahead and made sure that if it would only take 24 minutes to deliver all three orders with no issues.

While I was at the store, there was a very heavy rain storm and the power in the store kept flickering. While I was shopping for these orders, the Wi-Fi in the store kept restarting and the stupid shopper app would give me the network error message every time I tried to scan items or message the customers.

I rushed through these orders super quickly and got to the self-check out at like 705, which is MORE than enough time to bag and deliver these items.

Once I got to the self scans, the power started to flicker again. During my checkout the registers reset twice and it took over 30 minutes to finish checking out. This is with all three orders being prepaid too.

So it goes without saying, I was late on one of the orders. I communicated everything that happened with the customers and then requested forgiveness. Less than an hour later, I got a rejection. In this situation, I would assume they would approve it without issue.

Before I resend a request, is there anything I should include in my response to help it get approved. I mentioned the issues with the app and with the check outs turning off, but what more should I say?

I finally got caught by a scammer.

I delivered a Kroger order today, which is one of the most frustrating places in my area to shop as it is almost always time consuming and their produce is always poor quality. I took the $9 order because it had a $15 tip attached.

I made sure to communicate with the customer throughout the entire process only to be completely ignored.

I go to deliver the order and it address is two cities away with another Kroger way closer than the one I shopped at.

It was in a very bad apartment complex that I typically don't deliver to. Once I delivered the items, I decided to knock on the door to let them know I delivered their order since they had a lot of cold items and it is like 90° outside.

I made sure to take my delivery photo with the address included in the picture and went on my merry way.

I texted the customer a "thank you. Have a great day" message only to finally get a response of thank you.

About 45 minutes later I get a message from the customer asking if I delivered their order because ot is not there. I panicked and called support to start the process of defending myself only to find out MY delivery photo never uploaded on Shipt's end and now there's no proof of my delivery.

I guess I learned my lesson after 430 orders shopped, I really need to take additional photos to cover myself, not that I believe it would even make a difference towards Shipt.

Edit: They just left me a $8 tip. WTF.
