How to act when one of us doesn't like our partner
Hi! I'd like to clarify that yes I'm looking for a new therapist and psychiatrist, the problem is that I moved to another country and finding a doctor here is harder than I expected.
I have generalized anxiety and depression, as well as suspected cptsd and/or ocd. I had to move countries for a work opportunity that really didn't leave us any time to look into anything other than where we were going to live, and that sadly meant that we didn't get to plan ahead for our medication since we do take anxiety meds and antidepressants.
Now. Before this talking to our partner wasn't a problem, they know about us and they're super nice and understanding. The problem is that after I finished the last reserve I had for my antidepressants we crashed like never before, a new alter was born from the stress of it all, and they do not like our partner at all.
Right now we're long distance, both busy with work and can't talk that much... Something the new alter (Eos) took as a sign we're not loved anymore and we should break up. So I really don't know what to do since, again, cutting the antidepressants so fast against my will really messed us up, so I don't know how to explain to them the arrangement we all already had with our partner.
What do you all do when one of you don't like your partner ? Or really what would you do in my situation...
