Hello all, I have one SBR form 4 to a trust submitted on 5/11. Hopefully that will be approved soon.

However I purchased another SBR but it hasn’t shipped yet. It should be heading out soon. My question is what happens if the Form 4 isn’t approved by July 1st? Am I just SOL and have to return the SBR to the seller? And what if they refuse to take it back?

There’s still about 40 days left but the Form 4 to trusts seems to be taking longer and longer, even the efile (which I’m doing) is taking longer than the paper version for trusts according to the ATF wait times. I’m starting to get a little nervous between waiting for delivery, the FFL filing the form, and waiting for the ATF.
