In my league, best offer I have for him right now is a 2027 2nd rounder.

My team is in full rebuild mode, but wondering if its worth the gamble to wait until the season starts and if Terry can go back to his 2024 version and get more value for him then.

Moved into this apartment last June, Laundry and Storage were $20 a month each.

November it was raised to $25, Today it was raised to $30. Reasoning is rising operational and maintenance costs.

I know it's not a crazy amount, but the storage unit could really use some upgrades. There is no flooring, it's literally dirt for the ground with some pallets covering part of the ground.

Should I email back just asking if they plan on making any improvements with this being the 2nd time under a year the fees are increasing?

I probably sound like an annoying tenant, and I don't want my landlord to start beefing with me, I am just slightly annoyed we had to pay the storage fee to begin with, even if we didn't want to use it and the condition of the storage unit is not good at all and the maintenance for it is nonexistent.

Is there a respectful way to ask and not seem annoying or just leave it be?
