Recently, I've noticed something strange during matches, even when there aren't large team fights. If I start moving backward, my hero walks extremely slowly for about a second, then suddenly returns to normal speed.

The only workaround I've found is to quickly jump back or change direction, but it feels really odd. Has anyone else experienced this?

P.S. Even while this slowdown is happening, I can see the minions stuttering as well.

Server Issues going on?

1. Does Quick Match allow grouping?
2. Also Does Quick Match follow some kind of match making?

Note: in my Case i just play Quick Match to Learn/Test Other Heroes.
