Manufacturers offering free samples to sellers!

I would like to know, if some manufacturers are willing to offer free samples to sellers, who in turn, later place bulk order with them after testing the product success!

Hi, I reside in India and got approved as seller on amazon.com and walmart.com, both. I have applied for trademark in India and able to register my brand on amazon brand registry. However, I find difficulty in registering my brand on walmart. However, the product selection seems to not work for me in sales figure. I need assistance of other fellow sellers who could help me to grow on these platforms and platforms elsewhere.
