It’s kinda hard to hear but turn your volume up, in the video I accelerate twice and then when I let off the gas it makes the chirp sound, I’d appreciate any help! I’m thinking it’s either the shocks or brakes, but more likely the shocks.

I found this ac in my basement that my parents got a few years old and I just tried to use it and it did cool fine but after I powered it off it started hissing and a bit of smoke is coming from the back when I took the panel off, I don’t wanna sound stupid but I assume it’s NOT supposed to be doing this lmao
Below the engine a piece like this is hanging from the engine cover, when I push it up it goes back into its place but eventually falls and hangs again, does anyone know what I can do? I was thinking about cutting it off because I don’t want it to end up pulling the rest of the cover down if it falls off, does anyone know if this specific latch covers anything vital that would get destroyed by it not being there? It’s just difficult to reach because the car is low. What should I do? I don’t really want to have to replace the whole thing.
