My biggest criticism about the game is where the best mission is.

So this isn't really a complaint. I thought the game was incredible really enjoyed every mission. My biggest criticism is that the best mission happens very early on in the game, which is the chase and airplane mission (Slovakia). I thought that mission was phenomenal and found it kinda strange that the rest of the game didn't have a mission as epic as that one. Also it happened pretty early on in the game. Doesn't anyone else feel the same way? Thoughts? Regardless, it's my personal GOTY so far.

Big fan of chases and big set pieces similar to Uncharted, which is why I loved the Slovakia chapter.

How to handle uneven ground/terrain for paired animations (i.e assassinations, takedowns, finishers)?

Hey y'all. Unreal Engine C++ programmer here. I have a pair of animations that need to be played for assassinations. 1 anim for the player character and 1 for the enemy. I currently move the player character to a calculated location based on the enemies location. Also have a target rotation based on the current direction from the player to the enemy. I then use motion warping to move and rotate the actors. It works perfectly on flat ground, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to handle the uneven ground case. When the characters move to their target location, they move to a location that isn't accurate along the Z-axis. Imagine an enemy walking up stairs and the player wants to sneak behind and takedown the enemy. How am I supposed to account for the slope of the stairs messing up the target locations? Any tips? Thanks everyone.

Does the community still think season 2 is better than 1?

Hey y'all. Back when season 2 finished airing, I got a ton of backlash for saying that I thought season 1 was better than 2. Don't get me wrong, season 2 is still amazing, but I thought the whole story with Reverse Flash was much more interesting than Zoom. Does the community still think 2 is better than 1?

Wanted to know if anyone else experienced this while playing Pt.1, or am I crazy

Hi everyone. Huge TLOU/Naughty Dog fan. Played TLOU when it first came out back in 2013, so I have a lot of nostalgia for it. I played the remake. It's objectively better than the original, but I don't think I ever want to play it again. Something just felt so off when I was playing it. I'm not sure if this is the reason, but I think the reason is because I have so much nostalgia for the original and this feels like.. something completely different even though it's not. Something in my brain is subconsciously telling me things like "this isn't the original Joel character model that you knew, so you shouldn't like it." I don't know. It was a such a strange thing I was feeling because this game is so objectively better than the OG. Did any of you experience this?

Should I watch all seasons of The Flash?

Hi everyone. Just a little back story. I watched season 1 back when it released and I remember absolutely loving it. I thought it was a masterpiece. Also loved season 2 (not as much as 1). It's been so long since I watched this show, but I think I fell off shortly after season 3 if I remember correctly. Again, it's been so long so I vaguely remember things. The last thing I remember was there was a villain named cicada and Barry had a fight with his daughter or something. I stopped watching right after that. My question is should I go back and watch everything? I have a lot of love and nostalgia for season 1 specifically. And I don't want to ruin that, if that makes sense. I heard the show gets bad after awhile. Should I watch everything? Thanks!
