What a Beauty!!
Got this beauty today! Only had to kick and punch a few toddlers out of the way to get it lol! The assault charges were definitely worth it! #winning
(It also feels great as a buttplug!)
I don’t have sleep apnea…
I know the title is contradictory to the point of this subreddit, but I was diagnosed in 2024, didn’t give my CPAP enough of a chance and returned it later that year.
Fast forward to now, my sleep has gotten noticeably worse. I wake up everyday absolutely exhausted. I feel numb emotionally and drained physically.
I took initiative and decided to try and get a new CPAP to see if it may help, although insurance required me to get an in-lab sleep study in order to do so. It took FOREVER to get the appointment set up and get the results, but they’re finally in—and I don’t know how to feel.
The doctor called me to tell me I DON’T have sleep apnea and that my AHI was 2.1 and I wouldn’t need a CPAP. She was about to hang up when I told her I still don’t have a solution for my sleep issues. I have an appointment in two weeks to talk to the doctor about this, but I really don’t know how to proceed. I feel like I was sure a lot of these issues would be addressed by getting a CPAP, but now I don’t have an exact idea of what is causing these issues.
If anyone has any advice or has been through a similar situation, I would greatly appreciate any feedback. Thank you
