Just got the nitro v16 AI CPU Ryzen 7. Is everyone who owns this has problem with battery and if, so how do fix this possibly?
I've gotten the Nitro V16 AI with an amd cpu ryzen 7. At first it work great and I didn't notice any problems, until I realise that the battery wasnt charging. I thought I used to many ports on this, so I unplugged everything and yet it still wouldnt charge to full. I've tried updating the bios using acer guide, restarting couple times, change the setting in NitroSense, doing hard reset and it seems nothings worked. Ive gotten this laptop recently and only about 2 weeks in using ive gotten this problem.
Is this the same for anyone? Is there anyway to fix this problem or am I cooked with this one?
