Wifi + Bluetooth help needed
Trying to experiment with openbsd + Freebsd, coming from Linux.
Wifi + Bluetooth (for headphones) doesn't work on my lenova s340.
Would changing my. M2 card to ax200 resolve both issues?
If so great.
If not, what is a better card please?

I know Dan John says just do his programmes without changing, but isn't the ABC and humane burpee completely imbalanced as a complex?
Neither have a pulling aspect, which should normally be equal or double pushing movement?
Cleans work posterior chain but only very moderately work the pulling movement. Not enough to balance the push.
We have enough hunched shoulders and weak backs from our modern lifestyles and negating a pull seems irresponsible?
By adding 1 double arm row at beginning of ABC followed by 2 cleans, 1 press, 3 squat we aren't adding much to ABC per round, but makes it much more balanced for your body.
Just wondering why Dan John allowed ABC to stay imbalanced and negating the pull?
Also your thoughts on the amendment?

is there a linux debian script which encrypts all existing email inbox/sent etc. messages on email server (eg. gmail) with pgp key (if they aren't already encrypted).
This might mean it has to download (mbsync -a) all messages, encrypt them (including attachments) then upload/sync to server again.
will also need to delete unencrypted copies if the sync is successful and works.
This won't remove backup unencrypted copies on some servers, but will still be useful on those that have backups expiring soon.
All my future emails are already encrypted for both inbox/sent via addy.io but need to go back in time somehow.

I can't use decoy traffic mode if there is no setting for it to only turn on with wifi so it doesn't use my phone data quota.
Please advise if this is possible.
Also that the extra data won't count towards the 5tb limit set by windscribe in practice as I understand from other posts.

There was a post about Red BSD yesterday, built on FreeBSD 15 with pen testing software installed.
Suddenly today, the post has been deleted the user deleted their profile (which was already relatively new profile).
I can't recall the website they had setup now either.
Does anyone understand what kind of scam this was?
